We've put together a little online magazine/flipbook with a bunch of photos and interviews from the "Video Friends" trip (which we posted the video for late last week).  Feel free to check it out below, and let us know what you think!

Night rider

Last week, Twitter phenomenon Danny Butler came by the warehouse for a ride after hours with Cap, Stan and Matt.  While here Danny got a chance to play around with our sleeper setup and hook stack, getting this sidehop clean to two after a couple of goes.

TrialsDisplay

This weekend on a trip down to London I got a chance to say hi to Danny Butler and Ben Slinger who were down doing some shows for Trials Display - a demo team we've been helping out for the past few years.

The shows were taking place in the heart of Kingston-upon-Thames, where the recent Olympics Road Racing and Time Trial races were held - as a result, there was a healthy bike-friendly crowd there!  Danny posted this photo up on Twitter a few days ago - @dannybutler1986 if you'd like to follow him or @trialsdisplay if you'd like to follow Ben - so I thought I'd share it here too.

New Flipp videos

Thanks to the recent deadline extension for the GETcreative comp, team rider Flipp decided to use up the footage he had saved up so far to then whip up a new video nearer the GET deadline.  Fortunately for us, that means we get a couple of new videos!  First up is the 'main feature' video - Fire Coming Out of the Monkey's Head:



There's also an accompanying crashes/extras video which contains some ridiculous riding too, as well as some trademark Flipp crashes (for more of those, click here...):




The other big news from Flipp today is the announcement of his sponsorship by none other than Trialtech, as well as up-and-coming frame builders JAF Bikes.  Here's a quick photo of Flipp's latest setup, featuring some top drawer Sport and SL parts from Trialtech, as well as his new custom frame from JAF.

Flipp...

Riding in Israel!

We've sent orders out to Israel before, so it's good to see some of those guys out there doing what they do. Afik Zuriel sent these photos over to us of Team Trialz Israel enjoying some pretty amazing looking whether at some cool spots.

Ali is Inspired...

The worst kept secret in British trials is over - Ali is now officially riding for those awesome guys over at Inspired. Got some cool photos on his page, so go have a look-see.

Natural rules.

It feels so good to be riding proper rocks again, now this snow has buggered off. Adam and I (Stan) managed to ride Addingham moorside on Sunday where it was super quiet and Matlock quarry last Sunday. Check out the pictures on the forum.

Surprisingly for a big news organisation, the NYTimes has actually written a decent piece about Danny. There's some interesting stuff in there, so go have a read.

Tarty Weekender...

Well it was a very wet and windy Sunday morning and we had planned to ride Shipley but some car issues and crap weather meant a change of plan and so we rode Birchwood business park which has a surprising amount of stuff to ride! Turned out to be a good decision and Adam and I (Stan) both had very good rides indeed! We also grabbed a bunch of photos from the day. Here are my 2 faves, but for more (19 in all) check the topic on Trials-forum.

Tarty Weekender (Kinda)

Well, Matlock Quarry was pretty fun. So much so that I didn't really stop to take many photos - hence half the photos being in the car... Fail. Anyway, here's a short timeline of the day:

A bunch of riding happened, then Stan brought out the Tarty Inflatable Sidehop Helper Rock and beasted this to rear:

At around that point, I became so cold I couldn't feel feelings any more. Because I'm pro, I still filmed some awesomeness from Ali and a pretty sweet line that I basically bullied Stan into doing. Stay tuned for some full video action from those gents soon. Special mention needs to go out to the oldest looking 13-year-old I've ever seen, Jack Carthy, who was doing some mental stuff aboard his Onza Skull. It's not really surprising he's winning everything with skills like them.

Two photos from a little session in Bradford last weekend - both on my bike, first one's me backwheeling a wall with a pretty tight (i.e. less than 3/4 pedalstroke) run-up, and the other is Stan dominating a sidehop to backwheel. I would just like to take this opportunity to remind everyone of Stan's initial post about me going back to mod, and the bike he happens to be riding in this photograph.
