Sam Oliver

I can still remember Sam's dad coming up to me and a friend of mine and introducing himself, Sam and Tom to us in Aberystwyth about 5 years ago. Back then, Sam was pretty small and relatively new to riding, and since then he's grown up and become ridiculously good. Got to see him ride in person again at the last round of the Nationals at Shipley, and it's crazy how smooth and powerful he's become. A friend of his filmed and edited this little vid of some 'day to day' riding. Some of the angles aren't so hot, but the riding's pretty amazing.

TartyBikes Lunchtime Pool Competition

Sitting around for half an hour at lunch can be a bit dull, so, we bought a pool table (big thanks to the sellers for excellent service, ordered Thursday afternoon and they delivered in person Friday morning!) and we're having a bit of lunchtime pool tournament.
