We're happy to announce a new product in our catalogue, the Shimano Saint M820 2013 Brakes! The previous incarnation of the Saints were super popular with DH and freeride guys, but they also found their way onto quite a few trials bikes too.
The 2013 model build on the success of the earlier brakes and see the inclusion of an improved hinged bar clamp, revised cooling tech on the caliper and the use of their Servo Wave technology in the lever. This system is based on last year's tried-and-tested XTR brakes and is an improvement over the earlier generations of Servo Wave lever Shimano have used on other brakes. They're also fitted with tool-free lever reach and 'free stroke' adjusters making setup that little bit easier.
The main draw is the super powerful quad ceramic piston design. This setup makes the Saints some of the most powerful brakes on the market today, and more than up to trials use. Using the correct sized adaptor, you can run anything from a 160mm rotor upwards so you should be able to use virtually any rotor you require for your setup.
Ideal!
