At lunch time a bit of internet lurking tends to go on while food's being eaten and drinks are being drunk. Two gems from today included this video of Rick Koekoek riding Rotterdam for his sponsor Go Fast, and a video from the Spanish World Indoor mototrials round.

This video rules. Pure old school! For the newer riders this might not really mean much, but if you've been riding for a few years chances are you'll have seen this. I don't really know if it's available to buy any more, so here it is. Spotted it over on OTN!
