Other than that, we've got some good news for you guys out there running frames with Spanish/press-fit BBs (e.g. the later model Echo, ZOO! and GU frames) - we've now got the FlyBikes Spanish BB Bearings in stock.  They feature a 'full compliment' bearing system (twice the amount of ball bearings compared to the standard Echo models) which makes them last longer as well as keeping them nice and smooth.  A bargain at £12 too!
